On eBook page 9 - refers to Appendix E Important Statistics -- there is no Appendix E! All right! Everybody turn out their pockets! Actually, Appendix E was dropped late in the development process and it's information moved back into the manuscript. You'll find the information referred to in tables 1.1 and 1.2. On eBook page 11 - In the Recommendation at the top of the page it refers to Chapter 4 for CMOS optimization information when that information is actually found in Chapter 5.
